3. Object of research is the process of loose material dosing control. This thesis covers an important scientific and technical problem related to the development of models and automation facilities for the processes of loose material dosing control. The novelty of research work consist of following: 1)For the first time, the mathematical model of continuous dispensing of loose materials for automated weight-metering systems is developed; unlike existing models it describes the interlinking of system accuracy characteristics with an operated angle of tray slope and characteristics of loose material; 2)For the first time, the subsystem for current weight measurement of loose materials with use of weight-metering tray with tensometric force transducers and variable slope angle is offered that has allowed to raise accuracy of the automated dispensing of loose materials in comparison with existing analogues;3) The method of loose material dosing control on the basis of weight characteristics measurement on a conveyor line using an automated weight-metering tray has received further development. 4) The mathematical model of the movement of loose material on an inclined surface fixed on three tensometric force transducers has been improved which allows to consider physical and mechanical properties of the material (in particular, its humidity) and to exclude the parameter of loose material velocity from the algorithm of weight-metering tray control. Adoption level is determined by realizations in Kharkiv State Aviation Production Enterprise, Engineering bureau of Aviation institute ltd, Certification Center of I&C System, National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", National aerospace university "Kharkov Aviation Institute"
