Essay

In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and the decision of the practical problem consisting in working out of the technology of concrete of dry formation with increased tension strength, crack resistance, shock firmness and durability are presented. It is due to the optimization of concrete structure by adding into the structure of cement matrix of weakly rigid and chemically active damping components. The mode of dry concreting providing firstly the placement of Portland cement and aggregates mix in the mold and subsequent consolidation and thermal processing preliminary fixed volume of the formed product eliminates dependence of move ability of concrete mixture on water consumption of sand as well as the terms of cement setting. Application of a mode of dry formation of reinforced concrete products with damping components allows to increase the operational characteristics of concrete structures.
