Ilyina K. Formation of financial support system for innovative development in the open economy of Ukraine.

The notion “financial potential of innovationality of the economic agent” along with the conceptional approach to its evaluation have been formulated in the thesis. Suggestion has also been made for the conception of gradual progressive financial stimulation of business units on the part of the State in accordance with their innovational activity. Relevance for differentiation of the notions “financial security” and “financing” has been proved. The recommendations concerning government support for innovational development in Ukraine have been made. The basic preconditions for innovational development of the national economy have been defined.
