The thesis a special complex research of theoretical and practical questions of legal regulation of relations in compulsory state pension insurance. The thesis provides the definition, types, basic features of legal relations in compulsory state pension insurance, the characteristics of the structure of material and procedural legal relations in the state pension insurance, the grounds of their arising, changing and termination. The proposals on improvement of the legislation in the field of compulsory state pension insurance and the Draft Law of Ukraine “On the measures of the legal support of reformation of the pension system” are provided.
