Essay

Object for investigation: infections and inflammatory purulent processes. The aim: to study and microbiologically prove the properties of pill antiseptics. Methods of investigations: microbiological, morphological, physicochemical, mathematical and statistical. Equipment: microscope "Biolam", thermostat (incubator), autoclave, hot air oven, pH meter, camera "Olympus". At first time we have dedicated to the microbiological research and experimental grounding of septefril, sebidin, septolette, ephisol, adzhysept antiseptics pill usage. An influence of light - acid and light - alkaline environment, protein load were studied. At first time we have studied influence of septefril, sebidin, septolette, adzhysept antiseptic pill into adhesive ability of causative agents of bacterial infections; the features of microbial resistance appearance at antiseptics presence. We have revealed effects of pill antiseptics into tissue structure of such inner organs animals. The degree of antimicrobial influence into resistant strains of bacteria with natural and acquired resistance to antimicrobial substances has been indicated for pill antiseptics firstly. Obtained results of our research indicate high ability of use such pill medicinal forms of antiseptics as septefril, sebidin, septolette, ephisol, adzhysept for treatment and prevention of supportive lesions in the mouth cavity and pharynx. The level of introduction: The results have been added to Analytic normative documents about substance of medical antiseptic decamethoxine (order MPHU registrative card №П. 12.01/04161), рill antiseptic septefril (order MPHU registrative card №П. 06.02/04917). The positive decision (resolution) of Pharmcommete MPHU about clinical investigation has been obtained (pr. №10 dated 25.12.1997). The results have been incorporated into study programmers of next departments: microbiology, virology and immunology; otolaryngeal diseases; dental pathology of high education school of Ukraine. Branch of usage: medicine (stomatology, otolaryngology).
