Essay

The dissertation deals with the land market condition research, and the role of farm enterprises in the formation of land relations in Ukraine. The research studies the problem of land rent and rent income redistribution in Ukraine. It is stated that rent relations in agriculture of Ukraine under market conditions have to become the basis of the state agrarian policy. The growth and restructuring of agriculture have to be done through the mechanism of rent redistribution.
