Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal grounds of police activity concerning execution of legislation on elections and referendums. Forms and methods of police administrative activity in the mentioned sphere are analyzed. Administrative and legal grounds of police activity concerning combating offences that encroach on free execution of public will are analyzed in detail and the order of its ensuring is established. Attention is paid to the importance of cooperation between subjects of elective process and police at its all stages.
