Liashenko O. Administrative Regulation of Internal Affairs Organs' Activity in the Sphere of Intellectual Property Right Protection

Dissertation is dedicated to theoretical problems of defining administrative regulation of internal affairs organs' activity in the sphere of intellectual property right protection. Tendencies and problems of intellectual property right protection that exist in the activity of internal affairs considering international and national experience have been separately examined; the aim and tasks of internal affairs organs concerning intellectual property right protection and special features of administrative process in misdemeanor cases in the sphere of intellectual property have been shown; the legal structure of administrative offences in the given sphere and responsibility for their committing have been studied in the paper.
