Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological, organizational and legal bases of the ensuring of information security of a person as the consumer of telecommunication services. Also it is determined ways to rise this ensuring in Ukraine to a new level. A new subject of the informational legal relations is the data about the telecommunication services provided to the person, which, at the same time, is a subject of information security of a person as the consumer of telecommunication services, have been investigated. It is proved that the ensuring of such security depends on the quality of legal regulation of these relations.
