Dissertation is devoted to modern questions of administrative responsibility of employees of organs of internal affairs for violating the rules, norms and standards relating to road safety through determination of characteristics, composition and problems concerning the qualification of administrative violations in the field of inhibition of rules, norms and standards, relating to road safety, and also characteristics of administrative penalties and preventives to police officers for violations in this area.
