The object of the research: information processes, decision support, which provides organization management. The subject of the research: models, methods and information technology, providing the automatization of the extraordinary reports generation on the stage of information system of the organization management operation. The methods of the research: it was used the set theory, mathematical logic, relational algebra, relational database theory, systems analysis, object-oriented analysis. The scientific novelty: 1. it was used for the first time the semi-scheme theory for the metamodel construction in data domains of the information systems organization management conceptual modeling. 2. it's development got the method of semi-schemes display in the relative database for the conceptual models of the information systems organization management object domains by determination of corresponding semi -scheme class. 3. it was developed the method of extraordinary reports construction by integration of metadata level, which is unlike the existing ones. Let the users independently create the descriptions of data domains in the range of the suggested metamodel and to control the integrity and consistency. Adoption level is determined by realizations - the usage of organizations: the results of the research are introduced in information-analytical system of the Kherson state university, in the information-analytical system of the Kherson national technical university.
