Object of research - unresectable a primary and metastatic defeat of a liver at tumours of a digestive path. A research objective: to estimate efficiency of intraarterial chemotherapy in palliative treatment of patients нерезектабельным a primary and metastatic cancer of a liver at tumours of a digestive tract. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, statistical processing of results. Novelty: for the first time for an estimation of influence of toxicity of chemotherapy on degree of changes of indicators of peripheral blood at patients with a primary and metastatic cancer of a liver, depending on a chemotherapy method, the index is entered К and the factorial signs influencing it are defined; For the first time multifactorial mathematical models of forecasting of efficiency of treatment, the general condition of patients on an index Karnovsky are constructed and changes of indicators of peripheral blood depending on a pathway of introduction chemopreparations. The new method surgical catheterization own hepatic artery is developed, the technique of carrying out palliative locoregional intrahepatic chemotherapy is developed and its efficiency is proved. Results: the developed method locoregional palliative chemotherapy of a primary cancer and metastatic defeat of a liver at tumours of a digestive path in patients has allowed to improve direct results of treatment without strengthening general toxic effects, to provide satisfactory quality of a life, to improve the remote results of therapy and to reach a 4-year-old survival of this heavy category of patients. It is introduced in practice of the Donetsk regional antitumoral centre; oncological clinic of Mariupol; the City oncological clinic of Gorlovka. Results of work are used in educational process of Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorky. A field of application: medicine (oncology).
