Aursalidy M. System methods of struggle with the crimes in economy

A research object is a process of government control of economy. The aim of dissertation work are development of methods and improvement of mechanism of fight against economic criminality taking into account conformities to law of theory of the systems. Research methods: analysis of data of criminal statistics; approach of the systems; analysis of the state of external environment; theoretical generalization. A scientific novelty consists in development of methods and improvement of mechanism of fight against economic criminality taking into account conformities to law of theory of the systems. First: it is suggested to define accordance of concepts "adaptation mechanism" and "economic crime" as an adaptation mechanism; the system methods of fight are worked out against economic crimes. It is improved: mechanism of fight against economic criminality in Ukraine; process of forming of administrative with the aim of minimization level of economic criminality. Got further development: concept "economic crime" as deviant behavior of subjects of economic relations; methodical going near the analysis of economic criminality in the context of exposure of influence on the level of development of economy of country; the scientific going is near the choice of methods of fight against economic criminality.
