Gerasymenko I. Management of the system pharmaceutical ensuring of population as forming economic safety of Ukraine

A research object is economic security of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population. A research aim are a ground and development of theoretical positions methodical approaches and scientific and practice recommendations in relation to the improvement of management of the pharmaceutical providing of population the system as by the constituent of economic security of Ukraine by development of conceptual principles of management. Research methods: logicians, dialecticians analysis of the systems, specification, calculation and cluster analysis, system-structural, comparative analysis, prognoses, system and complex approach. The scientific novelty of work consists in deepening of theoretical principles and methodical approaches to development of practical recommendations of analysis and estimation of the state of safety of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population for determination of conceptual principles of management of the pharmaceutical providing of population the system as by the constituent of economic security of Ukraine on the basis of introduction of obligatory medical insurance and improvement of the system of indemnification of charges on medical facilities. First: conceptual principles of management of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population safety are reasonable. It is improved: methodical positions of analysis and estimation of the state of safety of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population; a terminological vehicle of economic science is by determination of concept "safety of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population"; methodical principles of monitoring of indexes of safety of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population. Got further development: structural-functional going near the management of concept "safety of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population"; methodical principles of monitoring of indexes of safety of the system of the pharmaceutical providing of population.
