Essay

A research object is a process of the computer-controlled teaching with the use of information technologies; a purpose is generalization, development and development to problem-oriented theory, methodology and tool of analysis and synthesis of the computer-controlled departmental teaching and a decision on this basis of important scientific and technical task is increases of intensity and teaching quality; methods - mathematical design, theory of sets and theory of fuzzy sets, theory of optimum management, theory of chances, information theory, theory of subjective analysis; novelty - the model of dynamics of teaching process and model of the computer-controlled departmental teaching which allows to execute two tasks is developed: on the current results of monitoring to determine properties and state of object and from these data to determine administrative information, directed on the increase of intensity and teaching quality; it is inculcated - in an educational process: FIOT NTUU "KPI", NTU "KHPI", OOSH N 30, 50 Kherson; an application domain is an educational process of educational establishments of Ukraine.
