The thesis is devoted to the study of respiratory function in children of school age, taking into account of the individual characteristics of the organism. We conducted a quantitative assessment physical development and functional state of the respiratory system in children with regard to their age, sex, somatotypes. Through the using of functional tests we studied functional reserve capacity of the cardiorespiratory system of child's organism into account of age, sex and established normative values of samples Shtange, Ghenchy and index Skybinski. As a result of the research we established normative values of spirography parameters, which presented in pertsentile tables for boys and girls from 6 to 17 years old. Revealed during examination correlation ties of spirography parameters with age and indicators of physical development (height, weight, DC alone, to inhale and exhale) allowed to develop regression equation to determine the appropriate values spirohraphy indices separately for boys and girls.
