The dissertation paper solves the scientific task aimed at the improvement of ef-ficiency of fractional sorting of potatoes root vegetables, development of construc-tion and grounding of constructional-operational parameters of the sorting machine in the form of active helical spiral, which stirs the potatoes root vegetables by - shaped adjusted directions.
