The thesis is devoted to the study of clinical and pathogenic the value of shifts in terms of specific and nonspecific immunity, features of the formation of endotoxemia reactions free radical oxidation of lipids and structural indicators arterіy in patients with joint course of the essential hypertension, and chronic acalculous cholecystitis. In this paper we prove an important role in the development of endogenous intoxication, immunoregulatory imbalance by improving proinflammatory cytokines and the lack of an optimal suppression of antiinflammatory cytokines, due primarily to their lack of concentration. At the same time determined by the activation of T-cell's cascades, which results in increasing production of organspecific autoantibodies, and an inducer of the formation of complications. Revealed presence in patients with specifications of changes in іntima - media that may be predictors of atherosclerosis. During the cuff test identified the negative indicators: increase in the number and size of petechiaes on the skin of the forearm, which indicated that a decrease in resistance of the vascular wall due to inflammation.
