Mykolenko V. Prosecutor's Office in the System of Subjects in Administrative Law

This thesis is devoted to the problems of prosecutor's office functioning in the light of nowadays development of Ukraine. The notions "subjects of administrative law" and "administrative and legal status of prosecutor's office" are defined. Foundation of modern prosecutor's office's rudiments on the territory, where Ukraine is situated, and development of prosecutor's office of Ukraine within different historical periods are researched. Experience of foreign countries concerning legal regulation's functioning of prosecutor's office is studied and generalized. Both norms of national legislation and approaches of scientists according to the aim, tasks, functions and competence of prosecutor's office are researched; some offers on improvement legal regulation in this sphere are presented.
