Dobromyslov Y. Administrative and legal regulation in consumer protection segment

The thesis is devoted to analysis over questions with regard to administrative and legal regulation in consumer protection segment. There was historical analysis over occurrence of consumer right process that resulted in defining nature and specifics of administrative and legal protection of consumer rights. Such organizational and legal methods, creating an administrative and legal protection mechanism with regard to consumer rights, were also analyzed: authorities of executive bodies with regard to consumer right protection, as well as administrative and legal methods of consumer right protection. We studied key elements of administrative and legal mechanism for consumer right protection in terms of Institute on Business activity licensing and Technical regulation.
