Momcheva A. The Development Strategy Formation on the Principles of Complex Evaluation of Milkprocessing Enterprises Activity

Dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical positions and development of the applied recommendations concerning the development strategy formation on the principles of complex evaluation of milkprocessing enterprises activity. The conceptual approach to the development strategy formation on the principles of complex evaluation of milkprocessing enterprises activity, which takes into account the level of development and the size of enterprise, is grounded. The methods of strategies choice on the basis of matrix of effective enterprise strategy forming are offered. They differentiate strategies on the level of development and the size, determine general strategy and strategy of milkcollection on the milkprocessing enterprises. The methodical approach to evaluation of milkcollection activity of milkprocessing enterprises as separate component is formed with the purpose of estimation of efficiency and formation of milkcollection activity strategy. The essence of the concept "strategy" is specified. Strategy determines not only the direction of development of enterprise but also the method of achievement of certain goals, taking into account relevant external and internal conditions, depending on a mission, vision and present resources. Strategic directions of milkprocessing enterprises development are grounded.
