Gura V. Competitiveness potential forming and realization of the Ukrainian diary industry enterprises

Dissertation is devoted to processes of forming and realization competitiveness potential of diary enterprises and also to development of science, theoretic and practical recommendations aimed at increasing enterprise competitiveness. In research theoretical positions are exposed in relation to essence of enterprise potential of competitiveness and it's structure, the methods of estimation competitiveness potential are offered. The detailed analysis of Ukrainian diary industry is conducted, the basic factors of influence on competitiveness potential of diary enterprises are defined, a regressive model which shows influence of milk production and it's price on receipt on the subsequent processing is built, recommendations for increasing milk production by the removal problem of seasonality are offered. Structural approach which allowed to estimate a competition level of enterprises concentration at the market of products from a whole-milk and market of cheeses was used in the research. The index of concentration (Сі), index of entropy (Еі) and coefficient of Rozenblyut (НТі) were counted up. Diary enterprises competitiveness potential estimation is carried out by using scores method and also method of k-averages of cluster analysis. These methodical approaches allowed to define basic competitors of enterprises which were estimated. Directions of increasing Ukrainian diary industry enterprises competitiveness potential, forming production and organizationally-administrative potentials, strategy ways and instruments of diary enterprises development competitiveness potential are offered.
