The problem questions of methodological, theoretical and applied character of the communicative process in national criminal procedure are examined in the thesis. The system inter-sectoral analysis formulates the author’s vision of complex cognition conception of criminal process communication essence and significance in criminal justice. Communicative elements of judicial appearance as of the subject of criminal proceeding regulation, also in a framework of judicial debate, communicative guarantees, problems of legal activity of criminal proceeding subjects are researched.
