Essay

Simulation of adsorption processes of hydrogen-like particles in porous silicon were done, for beginning times of physical adsorption. The model of a cylindrical silicon pore was created, with including of hydrogen impurities. Interaction energy between the particles and the pore wall was calculated. Adsorption centers parameters were defined.
