Kosar U. Professional consciousness of leader as factor of manager's successful activity.

Dissertation research is devoted the problem of influencing of professional consciousness of leaders on progress them manager's activity. The analysis of professional consciousness confirms expedience of its construction as a structure which includes such components: image "I-professional", professional self-esteem, ability to self-management. The image "I-professional" is identified as a factor of manager's competence and successful activity. Self-esteem is identified as a factor of successful acceptation of management decisions. Self- management is identified as a factor of manager's successful activities and psychosocial adaptation. On the basis of analysis of research results influence of professional consciousness is confirmed on efficiency of manager's activity. The results of the implementation program for the development of professional consciousness evidence of significant effectiveness for them and create the necessary professional skills and creative approach that prefigure significant increase in the success of management activities.
