The dissertation is devoted complex research of a compromise way of a resolution of conflicts of the parties of charge and protection in the course of pre-judicial investigation. The historical analysis of development of legislative norms which regulate an order of application of a compromise way of the permission the conflict in criminal legal proceedings is carried out.
