Storozhenko S. Administrative-legal Provision of Ecological Rights of Citizens

The dissertation deals with the complex scientific research of the administrative-legal provision of ecological rights of citizens. The author considers social principles and the legal content of ecological rights of citizens. Organizational and legal provision of ecological rights through implementation of the legal mechanism of observance of ecological human rights is analysed. The means of the administrative-legal provision of ecological rights of citizens are described in accordance with Administrative Law. Subjective ecological law of citizens is a legal form of the realization of their ecological interests, and their ecological needs are the basis of the formation and satisfaction of these interests.
