Nechvoloda L. Information technologies of decision-making support of the machine-building enterprise technical re-equipment

In the dissertation has been solved the actual scientific problem of working out and realizing the effective dataware of the decision-making support during a machine-building enterprise technical re-equipment improving the quality of receiving and processing of the expert estimations on the basis of the convolution of the partial criteria with indistinct measures of importance and competence. The methodical approach has been developed to process the expert estimations for the analysis and the selection of the variants preferred for technical re-equipment of the enterprise via indistinct-integrated convolution and interpretation of poorly coordinated matrixes of expert estimations. The method of the functional-cost analysis for the estimation of the machine-building equipment is improved on the basis of indistinct cognitive cards of equipment's technical characteristics interference. The structurally functional number of the system realizations is offered taking into account the possibility of the formulated requirements maintenance.
