Illyashov G. The spiritual bases of a political process (theoretical-methodological analysis)

Complex theoretical analysis of a spiritual establishment of a political process, its contents which determine its quality, tendencies and perspectives of a modernization was accomplished in the paper.Structural and functional connections of a spiritual contents of a political process were analyzed . The genesis of spiritual basis of the political process in Ukraine and its social cultural basis was researched and the problems of power legitimacy, formation of a political spirituality of a nation in the context of joining of moral, culturological and technological peculiarities of elite and its ability to answer urgent necessities of a person, society, state according to the requirements of a society were analyzed.
