Essay

On the basis of inspection 127 patients with HIV-infection/AIDS it is set that practically in the every third such patient chronic viral co-infections are activated. It is rotined that HIV-infection/AIDS is accompanied endothelial dysfunction, the specific markers of which are thrombomodulin, Е-selectin and Willebrand factor. The noted dysfunction deepens to the extent of immunodeficit progress. It is set that at I-III the clinical stages of HIV-infection almost cryoglobulins appear in the halves of patients, greater part from which is mono- and polyclonal (2th type). However with development of slim-syndrome on a background of HIV-infection (IV clinical stage) a cryopathy is diagnosed considerably rarer. Between the indexes of endothelial dysfunction markers and frequency of cryoglobulinemia exposure discovered middle force direct correlation. Including to antiretroviral therapy of the first row of dipyridamole maximally optimizes the state of endothelia and promotes reduction of cryoglobulinemia displays.
