Zabrotska O. Financial territorial equalization in the system of interbudgetary relations.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of economic meaning of the budgetary federalism, intergovernmental relations, budget adjustment, and financial territorial alignment.. The author estimates the status of the financial territorial equalization in Ukraine, clarifies the interbudgetary relations’ organization, and gives appropriate recommendations in accordance with the theory of the budgetary federalism. The author suggests prognostic models viable for the financial territorial equalization, proposes a new mechanism for interbudgetary relations reformation in terms of ongoing administration and territory reform. O. V. Zabrotska has developed the complex program of financial territorial equalization in Ukraine.
