Krapivko S. Chronic heart failure in patients with ischemic heart disease with concomitant type 2 diabetes.

Influence of magnesium orotate is studied on the cardiovascular system, in particular on the level of arteriotony and gemodinamichni indexes for patients with chronic cardial insufficiency, and also influence, on a carbohydrate exchange for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The authors were studying clinical efficacy of magnesium orotate, its influence on endothelian dysfunction and on lipid, carbohydrate changes. It was noted that patients receiving magnesium orotate reduces the level of endothelin, reduces the level of glucose, promotes a level NO2, NO3 and influences positively on endothelian dysfunction. Influence of magnesium orotate on exchange of fats was studed for patients with chronic heart failure and type 2 diabetes mellitus, with the purpose of selection of effective complex treatment of heart failure. The positive effect of indexes was exposed. A conclusion was done about expedience of setting of preparation of magnesium of orotate to the patients with chronic heart failure and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
