Dissertation is devoted to an urgent problem: to locomotorium function optimization and improvement of treatments results of patients with innate fragility of bones by means of the study of features of clinicoradiological progress of disease, structurally functional state of bone tissue, development of early conservative and operative holiatry. As a result of the conducted research of modern contingent of orthopaedic patients (107 patients) with innate fragility of bones, the information about frequency of origin and feature of clinical signs of innate fragility of bones is got , the most characteristic features of progress of clinicoradiological picture of illness is found out . On the basis of x-ray - densitometry the structurally functional state of bone fabric for patients on innate fragility of bones is investigated , that is characterized by the development of the moderately expressed considerable osteoporosis. Clinicopathologic research of bone tissue of biopsy material of long bones from patients suffered from the different types of innate fragility of bones found out the considerable nonhomogeneity of structure of the wounded bones, which is registered on different structural levels: organic, tissue, cellular. The most deep changes which stipulate the decline of mechanic durability at the ordinary loadings on a bone are found out in diaphyseal parts - in a fragment of a bone, which in a norm determines the basic particle of its durability, as a result of action of chain of terms, determines its considerable weakening underlying the propensity to the spontaneous breaks finds out it part of bone . Application of bisphosphonates as preparations of pathogenetic conservative therapy, which are directed on the increase of density of bone tissue and prevention the number of breaks for patients suffered from innate fragility of bones is offered. The use of method of blocking intramedullar osteosynthesis for breaks and deformations of long bones of for patients suffered from innate fragility of bones is grounded. It provides the prevention of further breaks and deformations of bones, that by turn improves the quality of patients' lives.
