In this work the sum of all strategies in logistical management of grains inside of agricultural enterprises has been based. The basics of strategical management by grains' stocks have been improved. The integrated system of material stocks' management has been based. The classification of facts, which have influence on quantity of delivery stocks on stocks of production and transport, on sale stocks. Logistical principal of stocks' calculation have been based. The definition of conceptions "stocks", "the management of stocks", "stocks' logistics", "the management of stocks' logistics", "the strategy of logistical management by stocks" have been specified.
