Object - the process of traffic management in IP/MPLS-networks. The purpose - increase of TCS performance by improving the means of TCS traffic management. Methods - apparatus of operations research and set theory, methods of hierarchical multilevel systems optimization and laboratory experiment. Results - a flow-based model and two-level hierarchical methods, coordinating management of traffic in a MPLS-network technology supported by Traffic Engineering, Traffic Engineering DiffServ and IP/IntServ. It is introduced - into the budget scientific-research work, into the learning process the department of TCS KHNURE. Sphere of application - Next Generation Networks based on technology IP/MPLS
