Essay

Methods of synthesis of new biologically active derivatives of phosphoruscontaining 1,2- and 1,4-naphthoquinone were elaborated. Passing of interaction of 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone with triethylamine, the structure of their donor-acceptor complex and on a model reaction - optimal conditions for nucleophilic substitution reactions in a order of 1,2 - and 1,4-naphthoquinones with phosphoruscontaining mono- and bisaminophosphonic and phosphoruscontaining CH-acids were established. A simple and convenient methods of the synthesis of new phosphoruscontaining derivatives of 1,2- and 1,4-naphthoquinones were elaborated.
