Essay

Conducted on the uterine implanted human embryos of first 12 weeks of embryogenesis and uterine tube implanted human embryos of 60 days embryogenesis morphological, histo-, immuno- and lectinohistochemical and morphometric research allowed to set that имплантация in salpinxs substantially violates the embryonic histogenesis of pancreas. Lag in development of organ during atypical имплантации averages five days. In uterine tube implanted embryos cells of developed pancreas ducts and acini show high proliferation and expression of antiapoptotic gene Bcl-2, that allows them to be differentiated. Embryonic histogenesis on the early stages of development is not regulated by hormone progesterone. Estrogens control the early stages of branching of the duct system of gland and embryonic connective tissue differentiation from mesenchyme. Studed pancreas stroma formation and sequence and terms of appearance of four types collagen fibres. Is traced the effect of redistribution of glycopolymears – lectins receptors in cells and intercellular matrix in the process of differentiation of pancreas epithelial and mesenchyme germs and participation of these molecules in epithelio-mesenchymal interactions which depends on the type of embryo implantation.
