The administrative legal problems of actors' law implementation provision of servicemen rights' personal authorities on the decent level of social support are studied in the dissertation. The historic legal aspects of servicemen social support concept foundation are investigated. The essence of administrative legal relations in the sphere of servicemen rights implementation on the proper level of social support are discovered and analyzed.
