Kravchenko V. Surgical treatment of postraumatic aneurysm of the thoracic aorta.

Dissertation on the receipt of scientific degree of candidate of medical sciences after speciality 14.01.04 is cardio-vascular surgery. it is Public Institution the "National institute of cardio-vascular surgery the name of M. M. Amosova AMN Ukraine", Kyiv, 2011. Dissertation is devoted the study of problems of diagnostics and treatment of patients with posttraumatic aneurysm of thoracic aorta, to development, ground and use of the most effective methods of verification and treatment of patients, with this pathology. Material of dissertation was made 77 patients, 68 which it was operated from.The analysis of simptomatiki is conducted depending on the area of defeat (ascending aorta, descending thoracic aorta). New protocols of defence brain and visceral organs, are first developed depending on the area of defeat. The developed algorithms of diagnostics and treatment of patients are scientifically grounded with posttraumatic aneurysm of thoracic aortap.
