Geranin . Use of haemostatics and antiseptics at one-visit vital extirpation treatment method of pulpitis

Dissertation work is dedicated to the solving of actual problem of therapeutic dentistry, directed on improving effectiveness of one-visit vital extirpation treatment method of pulpitis at the base of evaluation of the influence of substances for chemo-mechanical preparation and obturation of the root canal on haemocoagulation and fibrinolytic processes in pulpal and periodontal tissue. With the help of clinical, radiological, microbiological and coagulative investigation methods haemocoagulative and fibrinolytic properties of intact pulp and it's inflammation have been evaluated, root canal microflora was investigated using polymerase chain reaction at different forms of pulpitis. Antibacterial activity of antiseptic solutions of chlorhexidine (0,5%, 1%, 2%) and sodium hypochlorite (3%, 5,25%), as well as haemostatics "Alumogel" (VladMiVa) and "Viscostat Clear" (Ultradent) against root canal microflora at different forms of pulpitis was assessed.
