Object of research: processes of strategic management by the competitiveness of airline. Purpose of research: development of complex of mechanisms of strategic management by the competitiveness of airline in the conditions of the Ukrainian market of air traffics, introduction of which allows to promote profitability of airline due to the increase of her stake at the market of air traffics. Methods of research: system and structural-functional approaches; approach of the systems; methods of system dynamics; agent-oriented approach; matrix methods of estimation of competitiveness; theory of organization; theory of construction of the informative systems and systems of support of making decision. Results: the analysis of modern problems and features of market of air traffics is conducted in Ukraine; going is investigational near a strategic management by the competitiveness of airline; conception of synthesis of mechanisms of strategic management is worked out by the competitiveness of airline in the conditions of the Ukrainian market of air traffics; the mechanism of the strategic planning of competitiveness of airline is worked out on the basis of scenario approach; the mechanism of strategic management is improved by the competitiveness of airline; the mechanism of monitoring of the system of key indexes is offered in achievement of competitive edges an airline; realization of the worked out conception of synthesis of mechanisms of strategic management is conducted by the competitiveness of airline of LTD. "Donbasaero" and the estimation of her efficiency is conducted; the structure of the information-analytical system of support of acceptance of strategic decisions of management is offered by the competitiveness of airline. Novelty: it is first worked out : conception of synthesis of mechanisms of strategic management by the competitiveness of airline in the conditions of the Ukrainian market of air traffics; mechanism of the strategic planning of competitiveness of airline; improved: mechanism of strategic management by the competitiveness of airline; got further development: mechanism of monitoring of the system of key indexes in achievement of competitive edges an airline; structure of the information-analytical system of support of acceptance of strategic decisions of management by the competitiveness of airline.
