Essay

The analysis of legal regulation of relations concerning use and protection of sideways lands is carried out in this thesis. Concepts, characteristics and content of legal land regime of sideways are singled out. Peculiarities of land use and protection of sideways are revealed. The procedure of concession of plots of land to railroads enterprises for waysides arrangement is investigated and specified. On the basis of land legislation analysis, legal grounds of management of sideways lands are generalized. Legislation concerning judicial call to account for breaches of legislation regime of sideways is analyzed. Suggestions as to legislation improving in the field of land use and protection of sideways are made.
