In this thesis, based on analysis of literary sources stated promise to improve the culture and production efficiency as seedling production and stunted plants, including greens,in the greenhouse due to the introduction of decentralized systems provide a microclimate in the immediate vicinity of plant growth and an improved method for growing seedlings and stunted plants. A comparative analysis of theoretical and experimental data and observed their practice match. On the basis of relationships derived from analysis of experimental and field data, the methodology of engineering design of systems of decentralized security climate in the mini - greenhouse and the heating zone of their service departments in seedling greenhouses. We propose constructive solutions to mini-greenhouses and the method of growing seedlings and stunted plants. During the period of seedling (6 months), the average unit cost of fuel per plant respectively in 2,8 times.
