Essay

The thesis presents a comprehensive research of problems about legal regulation of financial providing educational institutions of Ukraine. The analysis of evolution was made and although theoretical and legal description of the contents of financial providing educational institutions, suggest his author definition. Considered classification of forms and types of budget financing educational institutions. In work were formulated proposals to improve legislation on financial providing educational institutions, defined ways of solution of legal problems of financial providing educational institutions in conditions of the Bologna process.
