Subject of research: physicotechnical processes of reception SіО2 of a phytogenesis. Object of research: modelling and introduction of new methods of creation photo-electric converter on the basis of silicon of a phytogenesis. Methods of research: the spectral analysis; raster electronic microscopy; an experimental method of definition of power parameters and characteristics photo-electric converter. The teoretical and practical results. Innovations: new methods of ecologically clean manufacture silicon photo-electric converter on the basis of powder SiО2 from a rice peel are advanced and developed. Subject and degree of introduction: the received results of dissertational job are introduced in manufacture on "Technolazer LTD " Nikolaev and " Energo-service company LTD " Kherson. Implementation efficiency: increasing of ecological safety. Utilization field: silicon photo-electric converters.
