Essay

Thesis is devoted to peculiarities of coronary heart disease course, anemia and diabetes type 2 on the basis of adrenal glucocorticoid and erythropoietin-secreted kidney abilities and patient’s psychosomatic status investigation. For patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes type 2 in 66.84% of cases the diagnosis is accompanied by anemia of chronic disease. Proved that degree of erythrocytes anisotropy depends on level of hyperglycemia and severity of concomitant anemia. Inclusion of telmisartan in treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease and diabetes type 2 for improving the underlying diseases course and prevention of concomitant anemia progression is justified.
