The aim of the thesis is to create effective computer technology and tools to build a scenario-simulation structure of multimedia situational simulators for personnel of power enterprises. The object of research is information technology, computer engineering situational simulators of power enterprises. Methods of research used graph theory, systems theory, numerical simulation and computer modeling. Scientific novelty of the results: 1. The analysis of the problems of training personnel power enterprises to extract the important class of computer multimedia situational simulators; effective structure of realization, which is a scenario-simulation framework. 2. Proposed composition of the instrumental-technological build tools simulators for training personnel on the basis of authoring environment Authorware (AW). Options package AW, based on the creation of eLearning systems, distributed to the task of building situational simulators. 3. The dissertation develops the technology of designing situational simulators using the principles of model programming in AW and graphic description of the model node scenario. 4. The method of decomposition of the graph structure of substation with switching components, which simplifies the calculation procedure of the model. 5. It sets the information technology for building computer models of exercise equipment at the substation switching as switching structures and develops the method of determining the formula for voltage and currents at the nodes in the switching components in a such switch structures. The practical value of the work is the development of technological principles and methods of creating situational simulators in the environment AW. The main results are used to adapt authoring system for developing situational simulators duty personnel of electric substations (Cherkassyoblenergo, Chernigivoblenergo, Lvivoblenergo).
