Essay

The thesis is devoted to establishing of essence, content, and systematization of kinds of administrative non-jurisdictional procedures. The definition of "administrative non-jurisdictional procedure" is formulated by using of method in which one put into procedural form of public-service activity of administrative organs and their official persons. The proposal of limitation of sphere of administrative non-jurisdictional procedure and putting into one only four kinds of one are made and features of every kind of procedure are grounded.
