Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex theoretical-applied research of organizational-legal regulation of adoption in Ukraine. In this work it is examined the actual questions of administrative mechanism of the State government in adoption sphere; it is investigated the adoption procedure according to the Ukrainian legislation. It is motivated the necessity of increasing the administrative responsibility for such law violation and it is given proposals as for the improvement its legal regulation.
