Shyra N. Money-credit policy in the system of state regulation of economy

Object of research - the process of monetary policy in the state regulation of economy. Its objective is to improve scientific and theoretical approaches, development of methodological principles and the scientific and practical recommendations on development and implementation of monetary policy, whose implementation will determine the conditions and directions of improving the efficiency of economic ties that will stabilize the state economy. Methods: a comprehensive analysis, logical analysis and synthesis, statistical and economic analysis, balance and structural analysis. The novelty lies in the deepening of scientific and theoretical, methodological foundations of development and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the formation and implementation of monetary policy in the state regulation of economy by identifying areas of optimizing monetary policy taking into account the development of national and world economies . First proposed three-tier mechanism for formation of the state monetary policy. Sophisticated, methodical approach to implementing monetary policy; methodical approach the transition to inflation targeting, guidance on the formation of the book model "basket" of exchange; methodical principles of evaluation of structural parameters of cash flow. Received further development of terminology, theoretical bases of determining the degree of government interference in the formation and regulation of money circulation; methodological principles on forming and implementing the monetary policy of Ukraine; areas of exchange rate policy.
